The President of Springfield College held a meeting with students about the Coronavirus topic.

Subject

Members of Springfield College

Description

Members of Springfield College were about to start a meeting with the President, to discuss about the global crisis COVID-19. The meeting was held before the Spring break, and before the "social distancing" time, therefore everyone was in a close contact and seemed happy. However, I pretty sure many students were having a lot of questions about what would happen after the break. The break that supposed to give them a relaxing time, which in return, gave them the most stressful time.

Coverage

The experiences of COVID-19 affected all members of the Springfield College community, including students, faculty, and staff. For communication, it is best to meet face to face. However, Springfield College also let those who could not attend to join the Zoom meeting. It is important to preserve this item because this is the very first time that Springfield College faced a global crisis, every move it made could bring a positive or a negative result to the community. Therefore, it might tell the future researchers that a meeting with all members of the community is necessary. It helps to show that Springfield College is always supporting the students and always asks for our opinions and thoughts to better understand what our needs and wants are.
