My other roommate was not coming back on campus until May to pick up her things, so I was alone in the house. I wanted to do cooking and experiment to see what I could manage, without poisoning myself. Before Molly left, she said I could have the olive oil and her minced garlic. This gave me ideas so I ubered to Stop -n - Shop and picked up chicken and sausages and other items. Now at that time, the only chicken that I could get was a 10 lbs back of leg quarters. It was a LOT of chicken. I had to separate and clean all the chicken, which turned out to be 11 thighs and 11 legs. So this picture is one of the many chicken dishes I made and froze that night.
