I chose this photo because I wanted to highlight how strong of a women my mom is. My mom works at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield MA. where they are caring for many COVID-19 patients. She recently got this job before the pandemic started. When the pandemic started she was very overwhelmed, as working in a hospital was already new to her. She has persevered through and I couldn't be more proud. She has practiced and learned how to put on all the personal protective equipment without contamination and continues to perform her job the safest as possible. Her job is to clean the rooms daily, and any other up-keeping as needed. The importance of the personal protective equipment is very significant because she has been working at the hospital from the start of the pandemic and she is still healthy.

I chose to contribute this flier because it highlights the extended use of the N95 mask. This is important as we are now adapting to not having enough equipment to change the mask after coming in contact with someone who has the virus. The flier also tells us the mask are being cleaned and that they should be used together with a face shield to get more life out of it.

The reason I picked this video is it shows that in tough times when we can not be together we can still be connected. It also shows ways the campus has adapted for it's athletes with creating challenges to bring the feel of being home at Springfield. It also shows the dedication that Springfield athletes have to still keep training even when the circumstances in the world are not great. Something as simple as a burpee challenge can make all the difference. I want people to be able to see this and think that Springfield is one big family and even when we are not together we still do things to show that we care.

The spatial or temporal topic of the resource, the spatial applicability of the resource, or the jurisdiction under which the resource is relevant
This is how all Springfield College students, including the seniors, finished their Spring semester of 2020. Desks were substituted with beds and couches. There were no pencils or notebooks. The only thing that remained constant was a laptop, but this time a microphone was necessary. The lack of attention on the part of the students is very evident. Not only with all the muted microphones, but also the off webcams. There is no way of knowing if the student is even present. This image shows the students' experiences caused by COVID-19 and how they had to be quarantined in their houses. It is important to preserve this because it shows the sacrifices students, as well as teachers, were forced to take. I want them to notice what each student is doing. Many of them are looking away from their computer, and others have their camera turned off to hide what they may have been really doing.
